Delivery times and shipping prices

  • Your order will be shipped within 2–5 days after the design is approved by you.
  • A delivery confirmation email will be sent once your package has been shipped, including tracking details.
  • The delivery confirmation also provides information on how to track your order.
  • Customs fees are the responsibility of customers.

Delivery times:

  • USA: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 2–5 business days
  • Asia & Australia: 3–7 business days
  • South America: 3–10 business days

Delivery cost: Free of charge

Note: We are not liable for any delays caused by the logistics company.

Your order confirmation and delivery confirmation will be emailed to you. The delivery confirmation includes a link to track your order.


Refund Policy

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • As all our products are made to order, they cannot be refunded or cancelled.
  • Please choose your products carefully. Once your order has been placed, we are not obliged to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind.

Exchanges

  • Products cannot be exchanged unless deemed defective or damaged by us.
  • If your order is confirmed defective, we will issue a replacement of your original order. Exchanges for other products are not permitted.
  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos/descriptions of the damage.
  • All return requests are assessed case by case. Acceptance or refusal of a return is at our discretion.
  • We may refuse returns if you do not notify us with photos within the specified timeframe.
  • To be eligible for a replacement:
    • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
    • The item must be in its original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • If we agree to replace a damaged item, return shipping costs are not covered by Wall Wonder.
  • For items over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Replacement delivery times may vary depending on your location. We will notify you once your replacement has been dispatched.
